Baumanburi Hotel Patong, Patong

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, particularly enjoying the beautiful swimming pool and the convenient location to Jaunceylon Mall. My grand executive suite on the fifth floor was fantastic with a lovely balcony view, although the breakfast buffet wasn't quite to my liking. The staff were always kind and helpful, but the nearby noise from renovations and bars could be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, it's a cozy place with charming amenities and great dining options nearby.

While the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and local attractions, and the rooms are spacious and clean, I did encounter some drawbacks. The service during breakfast was lackluster, although one staff member stood out and provided great help. Noise from nearby bars and ongoing renovations made for a less than ideal stay, despite the decent pool and amenities available.

However, it's not ideal for those looking for a quieter stay away from the hustle and bustle.

Our stay was enjoyable, especially with the free room upgrade and fantastic pool area. The kids loved swimming, but the mosquito situation during breakfast was inconvenient. While the housekeeping was excellent, the breakfast options could improve, and the old infrastructure is noticeable. Overall, for the price we paid, it was a solid choice for a family getaway.

However, some basic issues with the room took longer to resolve than expected, and the breakfast was not as impressive as I had hoped. Overall, it was a great value and a charming place to relax.
